Adult Ballet is designed to be fun but also challenging. We focus on strength, alighment, and giving new things a go!

Whether you want to wear activewear and socks or ballet gear, you're welcome to come as you are and enjoy some exercise in a safe enriroment, while having a laugh with the rest of us!

Discovering Repertoire is an innovative classical ballet performance program designed for students aged 12 and up, as well as adults of all ages. This lovely system features variations from beloved ballets like Swan Lake, Giselle, Coppélia, The Sleeping Beauty, Paquita, and The Nutcracker. 

All work can be performed in flat shoes or en pointe!
